I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The attention to detail was impressive, from the cozy and comfortable rooms to the helpful and friendly staff. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the town, with everything within easy walking distance. I particularly loved the fact that I could easily explore the harbor and the national park on foot. The reasonable prices were definitely a bonus! One aspect that I really appreciated was the early check-in option, which allowed me to settle in and start my vacation right away.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect!

I recently had a fantastic stay at a lovely hotel in Sassnitz. the location was perfect - situated in the center of town, it was incredibly convenient to explore all the nearby attractions. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Lastly, the rooms on the first floor were clean, cozy, and had all the basic amenities I required. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the reasonable prices.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful.

Loved spending Christmas in this cozy and modern hotel. The room was very clean and equipped with a microwave and a comfortable bed. The location was key, close to the harbor and city center, making it easy to explore the area. The landlady was lovely and she accommodated us with an early check-in which was a huge plus during the busy holiday season.
The limited parking space, which meant we had to park at a nearby store. Additionally, we could hear small noises from other guests during the night, but it didn't bother us too much. Despite this, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing vacation.

The location was perfect, as everything in town was within walking distance. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my late arrival a breeze. The room was cozy and the bed was so comfortable. Additionally, the attention to detail in terms of cleanliness was impressive, with a spotless restroom and well-maintained amenities like parking.
All in all, everything was fantastic!

The location of the hotel is convenient with a supermarket and the main bus terminal nearby. the harbor is also within easy walking distance. the room was well equipped with a microwave, and the landlady was friendly, offering an early check-in.
The parking space was limited, and we had to park at a nearby store.

The room was equipped with a microwave, which was very convenient for a quick snack. Location was top-notch, within walking distance to the harbor and a supermarket nearby. the kind lady who welcomed us allowed us to check-in early, which was a great start to our day.
Though we enjoyed the perks of location, the parking was quite limited and we had to park a little further away.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early and providing me with Easter chocolates as a surprise. The location couldn't be better, with the supermarket, harbor, and main bus terminal all within walking distance. It was also easy to access Jasmud Park from the hotel, making it a great starting point for exploring this city.
Nothing, no complaints at all.
